Want to get more involved in AHLA? The Women's Leadership Council (WLC) offers many volunteer opportunities, big and small, to get your foot in the door! The WLC hosts bi-monthly virtual networking events as well as in-person networking events at conferences. Are you interested in moderating a panel discussion during a virtual networking event? Do you have an idea for a topic and/or want to be a panelist on a virtual networking event? Are you planning to attend an AHLA conference and want to help the WLC with arranging an informal networking event at the conference? We want to hear from you and welcome your involvement. 
 
Leaders of the WLC coordinate opportunities for engagement of women within AHLA. The Council members facilitate the creation of professional development content. They host virtual networking events every other month as well as breakfast and luncheon panels, and informal networking events at several AHLA Conferences. In addition, they serve as community ambassadors for the Advancing Women in Health Law Community, which includes women and their allies, and discuss topics of interest, share advice, and support each other in the health law industry.
