Call for Authors: In-House Counsel PG, KPI Dashboard for In-House Legal Departments

The In-House Counsel Practice Group, is seeking 2-3 volunteers to assist in developing a key performance indicator(s) (KPI) dashboard for in-house legal departments. The dashboard will serve as a "toolkit" to guide our in-house colleagues. There will most likely be two one-hour meetings. The first for introductions, information/idea sharing and gathering, and task assignments. The second to review the a draft of the KPI dashboard and finalize the toolkit for publication.
