AHLA seeks panelists for this Virtual Forum, open to all members, to share a short personal reflection (5-7 minutes) on a lesson learned through experience — a client relationship, a colleague dynamic, a career choice, a professional identity shift, a mistake, or a recovery. We're especially interested in speakers who've navigated setbacks, taken unconventional paths, or are still figuring things out — not only polished success stories — alongside representation across practice settings, seniority levels, and backgrounds. Panelists will work with staff ahead of time to prepare their reflection, then join the moderator-led closing discussion, where attendees will be encouraged to contribute as well. The ideal panelist is comfortable speaking candidly and generously about a real moment of learning, in keeping with the session's honest, practical tone.
