The Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking authors for Bulletins, Briefings, and/or a Connections Article on any of the following topics:
 
1. New DOL Independent Contractor Rule
2. L&E Aspects of Mergers, Acquisitions and other Transactions
3. Compliance Issues created by intermittent FMLA
 
We are open for other topic suggestions, as well! A Connections article draft is due 6/3/2024. Deadlines for other publications are open/rolling
