Year In Review Speaker
February 2027 and June 2027
AHLA is seeking a speaker to join Kim Looney, Epstein Becker & Green, and Cindy Wisner, Trinity Health, on the panel for the Year in Review presentation, which is done each year at the Annual Meeting in June and Winter Institute in February.
The Year in Review is a perennial highlight of these programs and those applying would be agreeing to speak at both of these programs for at least 3 years, with the first presentation taking place in February 2027.
While volunteer topic teams assist the speakers in identifying developments, a considerable amount of time is required for the speakers to track and dissect health law developments in a number of different topic areas to determine what should be included in the oral presentation as well as to prepare comprehensive materials.
The ideal candidate is a senior practitioner, who has advanced knowledge of health law and understands the intersection of various legal issues and who also has a significant amount of speaking experience.
